Corkon is a natural, spray-on cork insulation engineered specifically for campervans and compact living spaces. Application type: Spray-on insulation system suitable for metal, wood, plywood, aluminium and most interior van surfaces

Coverage: Approximately 8 m² to 10 m² per bag when applied in two layers with a total thickness of around 3 mm
Required Product Quantities (high-level guidelines):
- Small van > 2 to 3 bags
- Medium van > 3 to 4 bags
- Large van > 4 to 5 bags
Application requires a minimum 90 L compressor operating at 60–70 psi, a spray gun with a 6–8 mm nozzle, a bucket and a mixing paddle.
Before spraying, remove trims, seals and old glue to create a clean surface. Thoroughly clean the area and mask off sections that should not be coated. Mix one unit of Corkon with one unit of water and blend until the mixture is fully homogeneous.
Apply a thin adhesive base layer first and allow approximately 3 hours to dry (depending on temperature and humidity). Follow with a thicker filling layer and allow 12–24 hours drying time. A third layer can be applied if additional build or performance is required.
